Mindfulness

As with any kind of new skill, mindfulness is best taught in stages.  Most mindful meditation classes offered in the Bay Area are either drop-in classes of a single level (which may be difficult for a beginner to learn from) or a multi-week course with a set structure (which can be inconvenient for clients with different work schedules).  I offer weekly classes at different levels so you can choose the appropriate level for yourself. 

These classes are also a great supplement to clients who are currently in DBT therapy or have graduated and would like to continue their mindfulness practice in a group setting.
